4. Flexible Drag / Drop Organization Capability |

ToDoMatrix lets a person use grab-drag-drop to organize tasks any

5. Inject Tasks from BlackBerry Applications |
|
ToDoMatrix offers the ability to create a task from seven injection
points in other BlackBerry applications.
No re-typing is
required. Miss a phone call? Inject the name and number from your
missed calls and schedule an alert reminder. Need to follow up on an
email? Inject it into your ToDoMatrix. |

In this example, the
user is leveraging the task injector while in the BlackBerry e-mail
inbox to inject the e-mail as a ToDoMatrix entry.

6. Keep Track of Tasks Delegated to Team Members |
|
ToDoMatrix not only keeps you on top of your
to-do items, it also offers the ability to assign, e-mail, and
manage tasks that you assign to members of your team.
Delegated tasks are
shown in a cross-matrix Delegate drawer view, by person, giving the
ToDoMatrix professional quick access to a person's assignments
during meetings or phone calls. |

Delegates are added
from a person's BlackBerry address book. Separate due dates can be
kept for the delegated assignment, different than the date of the
overall task.

7. Multiple Alerts per Task Entry |
|
ToDoMatrix lets the user set up to three alerts per
to-do item, and then snooze them individually.
This is great for reminding oneself of a upcoming
meeting where prep time is required, while keeping a reminder for
just before the event.
Up to three alerts can
be set, with any combination of regular or recurring alerts. |

in the detailed task view, has three independent alerts set.
The dynamic blue area changes as the cursor is scrolled from one
field to the next.

8. Hyper-Jump Folder Navigation |
|
A person's drawer and folder system can grow rather large over time.
ToDoMatrix makes it easy to move around the folder structure with
the hyper-jump feature.
When you want to
change folders, inject a note, or move a note to a different folder,
the jump-folder window allows you to type a few letters of the
destination, eliminating folders that don't match. Then a quick,
short scroll and click completes the hyper-jump. |

In the jump screen
above (use the "J" Hot*Key to access it), typing "cus" has
eliminated over 200 folders in this ToDoMatrix and narrowed the jump
target to only three remaining folders.

9. Track and Sort by a Broad Array of Fields |
|
With ToDoMatrix, the professional can see their data the way they
prefer to see it.
Over 20 sorts and
views, on fields such as status, priority, due date, create date,
task and more, help you see your projects multiple ways.
ToDoMatrix
remembers your sorts by project folder, allowing you to use
different sorts in different views. |

Use the "S" Hot*Key to
access the sort dialog popover window. For many projects, priority
or natural drag/drop are popular sort choices.
